PrivateKYCBot (“we”, “us”) is operated by SK21.TECH. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have — both for visitors of privatekycbot.com and for people verified through our KYC chatbots. Questions:[email protected].
1. This website
By default this website sets no cookies and runs no trackers. We use system fonts (no font CDNs) and host no third-party embeds.
1.1 Analytics — only with your consent
If — and only if — you accept the cookie banner, we loadMicrosoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this page (scrolling, clicks, session replays with masked text input). Clarity sets cookies and processes usage data on Microsoft's infrastructure under theMicrosoft Privacy Statement. If you decline, nothing is loaded and no cookies are set. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settingsin the footer; withdrawing consent stops future collection.

Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser'slocalStorage (key pkb-cookie-consent) — it contains no personal data and never leaves your device.
1.2 Server logs
Our web server and Cloudflare (our CDN/proxy) keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained briefly and are not used for profiling.
1.3 Contact
If you email us, message us on Telegram, or use the contact form, we process what you send (name, email, company, message) solely to reply and to set up pilots. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox, a copy is stored in our infrastructure until the inquiry is handled, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. We don't add you to mailing lists.
2. The KYC verification service
When you complete a KYC flow with one of our chatbots, we act as adata processor on behalf of the company that requested your verification (the data controller). Your documents and verification results are processed exclusively for that company. We never sell them, never use them to train models, and never share them across tenants. Retention is set by the controller (down to zero-day pass-through) and data is purged automatically when the window closes. Details in ourData Protection Policy.
3. Legal bases
- Consent — website analytics (Clarity), withdrawable anytime.
- Legitimate interest — security logging, abuse prevention.
- Contract / controller instructions — KYC processing for the requesting company.
4. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For data processed in a KYC flow, requests are handled together with the company that requested your verification — we support export and hard deletion as first-class operations.
5. Recipients & sub-processors
- Microsoft — Clarity analytics (website, consent-only).
- Google Cloud — hosting infrastructure.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS and DDoS protection.
- Telegram / WhatsApp (Meta) — the messaging platform you choose to chat on, under their own terms.
6. Age
Our website and service are directed at adults. KYC flows require the minimum age set by the requesting company (typically 18+).
7. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Material changes to how the service processes verification data are communicated to controllers in advance.
