PrivateKYCBot (“we”, “us”) is operated by SK21.TECH. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have — both for visitors of privatekycbot.com and for people verified through our KYC chatbots. Questions:[email protected].

1. This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers. We use system fonts (no font CDNs) and host no third-party embeds.

1.1 Analytics — none

We ran Microsoft Clarity behind a cookie banner, loaded only for visitors who accepted it. It has been removed: there is no analytics provider on this site, no cookie banner, and nothing to consent to. If you accepted at the time, the _clck and _clsk cookies Clarity set are expired on your next visit, and the stored consent choice is deleted from your browser.

1.2 Server logs

Our web server and Cloudflare (our CDN/proxy) keep standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained briefly and are not used for profiling.

1.3 Contact

If you email us, message us on Telegram, or use the contact form, we process what you send (name, email, company, message) solely to reply and to set up pilots. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox, a copy is stored in our infrastructure until the inquiry is handled, and you receive an automatic confirmation email. We don't add you to mailing lists.

2. The KYC verification service

When you complete a KYC flow with one of our chatbots, we act as adata processor on behalf of the company that requested your verification (the data controller). Your documents and verification results are processed exclusively for that company. We never sell them, never use them to train models, and never share them across tenants. Retention is set by the controller (down to zero-day pass-through) and data is purged automatically when the window closes. Details in ourData Protection Policy.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For data processed in a KYC flow, requests are handled together with the company that requested your verification — we support export and hard deletion as first-class operations.
