Terms of Service
last updated: 2026-07-02 · operated by sk21.tech
These terms govern your use of privatekycbot.com and, for business customers, the PrivateKYCBot verification service. The service is operated by SK21.TECH. By using the website or the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
PrivateKYCBot provides chatbots on Telegram and WhatsApp that run KYC (Know Your Customer) flows — document collection, identity verification and status updates — on behalf of companies (“Customers”). Production use is governed by a service agreement and a data processing agreement (DPA) signed with the Customer; these terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, those agreements.
2. Customer responsibilities
- You must have a lawful basis to verify the identity of your customers and to instruct us to process their data.
- You are responsible for your own regulatory obligations (AML/KYC/CFT and any sector rules). PrivateKYCBot supports your compliance process — it does not replace it and is not legal advice.
- You must configure flows truthfully (retention windows, notices shown to end users) and keep your webhook/API endpoints secure.
- You may not use the service to collect data for purposes other than the verification the end user was told about.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or service to:
- break the law, or verify persons without a lawful basis;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorization;
- attempt to access other tenants' data or de-anonymize other users;
- resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The PrivateKYCBot name, logo, website content and software are the property of SK21.TECH. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the term of their agreement.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but the website is provided “as is” without an uptime guarantee; production SLAs are defined in the Customer's service agreement. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice to affected Customers.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK21.TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the website. For the paid service, liability caps and remedies are set out in the Customer's service agreement.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or risk to other tenants. On termination of a Customer agreement, verification data is deleted per the DPA and the configured retention policy.
8. Governing law
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed service agreement, these terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SK21.TECH is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
